Thanks to eveyone for the prayers, cards and visits. Thanks to all that were able to attend Tony's benefit it went great. He now has his permanent prosthesic leg and is able to walk without crutches - he is already planning to go back to work next week. Thanks again!

We can't believe he is ready to go back to work already. Good job Tony. It shows a lot of hard work and determination to get back at it already. A lot of people wouldn't be there yet. Take it easy though please!

Good for you, Tony!! You seem to be doing better than my husband, Sid. He's still relying on a walking boot to some extent. His healing process seems to be taking a long time. He is up and walking and can now take stairsteps, but is still moving slow and tires easily. He seems to have acquired a new talent though . . . he can predict weather fairly accurately. I guess that can an be an okay thing but it makes for a painful day.
