At 4:17 PM, debbie said...: How does it feel being the mom of a school age kid? I did the "room mom" thing for a while and it looks like I may be doing it in the middle school again this year. Get to collect Campbell Soup labels, Box Tops for Education, etc., etc. although planning all the holiday classroom parties is pretty much done by the time the middle school years come around.

And, yea, we just got the Box Tops memo. I'm sure I'll start saving them. (ugh, one more thing to remember)
At 4:36 PM, debbie said...: And you're just beginning. Wait 'till you have to teach him how to drive . . . now there's a fun experience (NOT). And in a few years I'll have two doing it at the same time. That shaves a few years off your life.
