Prayers for Barb
Barb has been in Sartori Hospital in Cedar Falls, IA since Friday evening. She has been in lots of pain in her mid section and had blood in her urine caused by a blood clot. Barb also has a staph infection. She is being treated with antibiotics and pain medication. We are not sure when she will be able to go home. Until she is able to keep food down and is relatively pain free she will remain in the hospital. Today was a good day for her so hopefully she will be home soon. Her husband, Duke, has been keeping us all informed daily on her progress.

I'm glad you gave an update here Debbie. I've been following Barb's treatment with her Care Page, but wasn't sure how many went through the sign up to be able to stay in touch. We're keeping her in our prayers and hope she's home soon!
Barb's going to have a lot of catching up on her Carepage. Lots of people are posting right now. Would be nice to see some of the clan wishing her well too.
Barb had surgery this morning to remove some polyps from her bladder. Keep praying for a good recovery.
Barb came home from the hospital Thursday 1-18. Glad to see some postings from the Schettler clan on her Carepage.
