Prayers for Barb

Barb has been in Sartori Hospital in Cedar Falls, IA since Friday evening. She has been in lots of pain in her mid section and had blood in her urine caused by a blood clot. Barb also has a staph infection. She is being treated with antibiotics and pain medication. We are not sure when she will be able to go home. Until she is able to keep food down and is relatively pain free she will remain in the hospital. Today was a good day for her so hopefully she will be home soon. Her husband, Duke, has been keeping us all informed daily on her progress.

Where are all the Schettlers?

Leo has said that he has trouble viewing this blog. Has anyone else had any trouble?

Could you all do me a favor and email me at lisa.schettler@gmail.com so I can get your names in my address book. My computer is way to slow to copy and paste by hand. then maybe I can send out some mass reminder emails.

I have changed some settings to see if this helps. We might see some spam comments because I opened it up to anyone. If it gets annoying, I'll close it back up again. There was a weird setting I noticed that only allowed gmail users to comment. I hope I have gotten rid of that now. Let me know how this is working.
